Crackers aren’t as easy to come by here in Mexico as they are in the US, so I started experimenting with making my own crackers at home. Turns out it’s super easy and they’re super delicious! You can customize them however you’d like: with herbs, with dried spices and seeds, add some roasted garlic to your dough - the sky is the limit! For this recipe, I kept it pretty simple, so you could have a base to work from. The recipe is vegan. If you want gluten-free crackers, experiment with GF flour ratios or use your favorite 1:1 GF flour substitute.
