What is your fitness routine?
Well I just had my first workout class back after a 10-week break following my emergency gallbladder removal surgery. So at the moment, I’m easing back into a routine, but I’m so excited to be able to move my body freely again. It’s so easy to take mobility and movement for granted. And then when we get injured, sick or lose our ability to move in the ways we are used to, it can be really challenging. I’m stepping back into my fitness routine with a renewed sense of gratitude for the strength and endurance of my physical body.
